The Story: Today, I wake up before Mom! The sun is so warm and bright, of course I am ready to start my day. At first I don't know what to do in this quiet house all by myself, but that only lasts a minute! It turns out my favorite thing to do at 1 years old is ___________. Time just flies, and before I even realize it Mom is in the kitchen cooking something delicious and distracting. So I wander over there, and she scoops me up into her arms. "I didn't want to disturb my little artist." She says as she kisses my forehead. But we both know how much I enjoy being distracted by Mom's cooking, and together we laugh!!
