Spirit's Journey: Episode Forty One - tangle 

The Story: Before Mom makes my breakfast she pulls out the loud machine and sets it on the counter. I cover my ears in anticipation, and she giggles at me. "Yeah, I am going to try a new smoothie today." She explains to me. I know the word smoothie. It means cold and sweet, thick drink. Usually it is red and not green though. Today it looks green, and I wonder what the green smoothie tastes like. Mom turns on the blender and its so loud I start yelling, but as soon as she turns it off I am quiet again. We both giggle, and she offers me some green smoothie in my sippy cup. I start drinking it down, and it doesn't taste how I thought it would. In fact it tastes kind of weird. I don't think I like the taste actually. And suddenly I throw up all the smoothie I had sucked down. Green is everywhere, and Mom sets her smoothie down. "Yeah, I don't like it either!" she admits as we head to the tub to get cleaned up.
